We combine herbs and a generous amount of essential oils into a mixture pure sea salt and Epsom salt, to give you a luxury aromatherapy bath salt. Epsom salt relaxes and soothes sore muscles, whilst the sea salt helps to make the water feel softer. Chamomile is said to be useful for calming a stressed mind, whilst Lavender has the effect of relieving sore muscles and joints, it is also calming and helps one fall asleep more easily.
