This is a great gift for anyone who loves cooking.

Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice mixes bringing you taste sensations from around the globe.  We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally, so are non-Irradiated and there are no preservatives. We keep our mix course, so the freshest flavour is released with grinding.

Includes:

• Lekka Braai Spice – Our Braai spice has a lekka twist, use on chicken, lamb, pork or beef for a lovely smoky flavour. As South Africans, if there is one thing we love doing in summer (or really any time) is having a braai. It’s the way we celebrate life. In our original recipe we combined just enough salt to be present, but gave emphasis to the flavours. We used smoked Paprika as it gives a smoky flavour and combined it with the traditional flavours of Coriander seeds, Cumin and Sage.
• Taste of India – Our Taste of India spice mix adds a refreshing mild curry flavour twist to your meat and vegetable recipes. This original recipe is designed to give a curry flavour whilst remaining only mildly spicy. We combined Fenugreek, Ginger, Mustard seeds and Chilli powder for the spiciness and tempered it with Mint, Parsley and Basil.
• Taste of Thailand – Our Taste of Thailand adds zesty flavour to stir fries, curries, noodles and rice    dishes. Our original recipe combines flavours used in traditional Thai dishes, bringing the taste of Thailand to your home. Thai foods have bold, fresh flavours and balance spicy, sweet, tangy and savoury tastes. We have combined these flavours using Coconut to bring some sweetness, Lemon Grass and Lime blossoms for the tangy flavours and Chilli and Ginger for the spiciness.
