Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice mixes bringing you taste sensations from around the globe. Our Taste of Thailand adds zesty flavour to stir fries, curries, noodles and rice dishes. Our original recipe combines flavours used in traditional Thai dishes, bringing the taste of Thailand to your home.

Whenever I think of Thailand and my visits there, I think of exotic food flavours and the tropical feel of the country. Thai foods have bold, fresh flavours and balance spicy, sweet, tangy and savoury tastes. I have combined these flavours using coconut to bring some sweetness, lemon grass and lime blossoms for the tangy flavours and chilli and ginger for the spiciness.

My original recipe combines the favours in a way to enjoy the exotic favour without overwhelming the palate with spiciness.

We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally.
